就職面接を受ける瀧くん。ここは新宿センタービルにある大手ゼネコン、大成建設の会議室と思われる。窓の外には、新宿パークタワーと東京都庁舎の上部が見える。
Taki-kun is taking a job interview. It seems to be a conference room of one of 5 major general contractors of Japan, Taisei-Kensetsu in Shinjuku Center Building. You can see the upper part of the Shinjuku Park Tower and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building outside the window.
この新宿センタービルは劇中にも何度か登場している。

手前に代々木駅とドコモタワー。奥には瀧くんと三葉がすれ違った歩道橋がある新宿新都心が見える。

ここはラストシーンで、瀧くんと三葉がであう階段のある須賀神社入口。
階段は三葉の後ろ側にある。
Mitsuha is finding him(/Taki-kun).
This crossing is called "Suga-Jinjya Iriguchi" or "Entrance of Suga Shrine" . There is the stairs where Taki-kun and Mitsuha met at last.
The stairs is on the back of her.

代々木駅を見下ろしたカット。代々木駅に停車する山手線、中央総武線、そして手前には、中央線、埼京線や湘南新宿ライン、時には成田エクスプレスなどが走る線路が敷設されている。
右側が新宿駅方面。右側に見えるビルはニトリと紀伊国屋書店が入るビル。
This scene is JR Yoyogi St. from Bird's eye view. There are also many rail ways of JR East such as Yamanote Line, Chuo Sohbu Line, Chuo Rapid Line, Saikyo Line, Shounan Shinjyuku Line, NRT and so on. Shinjyuku Station is on the right side.
The building on the right side is NITORI furniture shop and KINOKUNIYA book store.

おそらく、瀧くんの自宅付近から見上げた彗星の空。
このカットは、瀧くんの自宅周辺でこの方角が見える場所を頑張って探したのですが、ついに見つからず。未収と思っていて、Google Earth で探しました。
でも、ところが、手元の写真をちらちら見ていたら、実は想定外の場所、四ツ谷駅近くから偶然撮影できていました！

左下にはJR東日本ビルなど、新宿駅南口のビルもチラッと見えてます。
